How it Works

We start where you are right now. Through an on-going dialogue, and based on your needs, we may go through Research, Strategy, and Design. We will leverage an iterative, rapid prototyping approach to provide you with opportunities to provide feedback by involving you in the design process from day one.

Research

Persona

In this phase, we gain an empathetic understanding of your customer by defining a target persona. Includes: conversation, whiteboarding, customer exercises, and 2-3 potential customer profiles of which one will be decided upon (by you) to drill-down into for the deliverable

Strategy

Plan

In this phase, we build a plan to map milestones and deliverables nurturing the customer along her journey. Includes: conversation, whiteboarding, team exercises, and vision roadmap

Design

Sites, pages, emails, forms, videos, podcasts, events, shareables

In this phase, we co-create assets for your customer to nurture her towards the vision. Includes: conversation, whiteboarding, journey, userflows, wireframes, and well-polished visual design
